```Duties```
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for staff members.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Help with event planning and coordination.

- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
