Junk stuff in your way

I clean out Distressed properties, hoarder situations, cleanouts to get properties ready for sale etc.
I trade my time and disposal costs in exchange for keeping things I think have value.
We do this as a family, up front agreement before we start so there are no surprises for either of us.
We take the good and the bad.
The only things we cannot take are tires, hazardous chemicals, and shingles.
