Full Time - Monday - Friday Position Summary: Package kits to ensure all kits are built safely, properly and efficiently.
Read and understand bill of materials, package product per production order, build boxes, and complete paperwork correctly.
Position Responsibilities: · Complete kits and ensures specifications are accurate to production order/ BOM · Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment · Expedite and follow through on “HOT / RUSH” parts and “Daily’s” · Process and follow Production Orders; accurately follow assembly instructions when needed Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Able to multitask and prioritize Computer literate Able to use a weight scale Detail oriented regarding to part numbers and counting elements in a moving environment Competencies: Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties.

Adaptability & Innovation: Proactively and willingly adapts to changing business needs and conditions and presents creative and fresh ideas on how to solve problems, gain efficiencies and improve quality.
Relationship Building: Builds constructive working relationships characterized by a high level of inclusion, cooperation and mutual respect.
