TITLE: Mold Repair Technician
PLANT/SECTION: I I Stanley Manufacturing Support/ Maintenance
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, the primary role of the Mold Repair Technician is to support the production team to ensure that molded components can be manufactured safely without interruptions while meetings the company targets
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Trouble shoot and repair molds
- Bench work, hand grinding, and diamond polishing
- Welding
- CNC Mills and EDM set-up
- Hydraulics
- Ability to run manual mills, laths, drill press, etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-5 years in injection molding repair, or ability to learn.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed Journeymanship or Associates degree in tooling making or machining
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems

You must stay in compliance with OSHA safety requirements as necessary.
Position may require travel, occasionally overnight, to perform essential functions.
Position is often required to work overtime on little or no notice, and to work varied shifts to conduct duties.
