* Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.
* Implement innovative solutions to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase overall operational efficiency.

* Lead a team of process engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
* *Project Management:*
* Plan and execute process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Work closely with engineering teams to implement new technologies and processes, driving innovation within the manufacturing platform.
* *Quality Assurance:*
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement robust quality control processes.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure product quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
* *Compliance and Safety:*
* Ensure that all processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
* Implement and maintain safety protocols, working closely with the Health and Safety team to create a secure working environment.
*Minimum Skills and Experience Required:*
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience in a lead process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in a relevant professional role.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
* Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
