we are looking for a maint person who is able to ensure our guest rooms are up to standard for our guest, must know about electric,plumbing,drywalling,painting, most of the jobs you will have is simple such as repairing drywall, swapping outlets out, paint touch ups in rooms, fixing plumbing issues with toilets, big bonus if you are also experienced with handiling swimming pools as we have an indoor swimming pool, we will have open interviews Tuesday

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by supervising and coordinating the work of other maintenance staff.
- Perform electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades as needed.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance technician role or similar position.
- Proficient in English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software for work order management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising maintenance staff.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, motors, and controls.
- Experience in facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
- Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other control systems.
