What you’ll start out doing?
Learn our safety, quality and maintenance procedures/policies.
Build a variety of skills related to equipment repairs, preventative mantenance, LOTO, Safety training(s).
What to expect:
This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
You start training on day shift working 8 hr.
shifts, M-F.
Then transition to 12 hr.
shifts on the rotating night shift
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Excellent Attendance; Dependability
Good positive attitude
Willingness to learn and apply what is learned
Work safely
Hard working with a good work ethic
Ability to operate power equipment
Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork
Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication
Must have 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment
PLC experience is a plus
Foundry experience is a plus
