Responsibilities:

We are looking for the right person to lead our strong HSE program to the next level.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager who will manage all aspects of employee health and safety and site environmental compliance and continuous improvement to advance Real Alloy HSE programs, processes and systems.
Lead activities that drive site/company safety and environmental performance to higher levels (based on benchmarking), focusing on improvements that will increase the level of adherence and compliance to Real Alloy HSE objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental or equivalent major.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HSE role with demonstrated understanding of related principles and regulations.
Strong persuasion and motivation skills as well as the ability to work across all disciplines and employee levels.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to accurately write reports, communicate verbally with employees, provide constructive feedback and maintain positive employee relations.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
and walk the plant floor on a regular basis.
Ability to work variable hours, be on call and travel occasionally (<15%).
