Plan, implement, track and evaluate marketing and communication for Tibbits and its events.
Planning to include, budgets, new and traditional advertising, social media, CRM and ROI measurement with the objective of building loyalty and developing new audiences.
* Work with audience services, design, production and development teams to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate the marketing and communication effort for a robust theatre and performance schedule, communicating with patrons, subscribers, groups, members, donors, potential donors and the general public.
* Guide marketing team; maintain marketing schedules and reports; track spending, purchase orders, advertising buys, and box office marketing reports.
Develop and maintain positive media relations; write and send media releases; assure accuracy in all materials; coordinate photos and videos; and oversee marketing distribution.
* Build the customer journey using Leap CRM, Tibbits website, and other tools to move patrons along the path of deeper engagement with Tibbits.
* Coordinate all aspects of Tibbits Summer Theatre program book production as a self-promotional, revenue-generating, and membership recognition vehicle.
* Support and assist Audience Services staff with events using opportunity to connect with patrons and understand the customer experience.
* Assist with developing and coordinating other Tibbits programming geared toward new audiences including cultural programming and family entertainment.

Pay: $34,000.
