Responsibilities
Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program to become proficient in insurance products, industry regulations, and our agency's systems and processes.
Client Interaction: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by understanding their individual needs, providing quotes, and offering expert guidance.
Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Sales Support: Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
