As Senior Associate Brand Manager - Innovation, you’ll drive commercial plans that deliver results for iconic brands such as Froot Loops, Krave, Apple Jacks, and Cereal Snacking – the list goes on and on! Based in the Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL area, we’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to innovate beyond the status quo.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Strategic Planning – Manage the annual planning process for a brand or portfolio, from building a 3-5 year strategic vision to tactical project development.
You’ll lead us toward success thanks to your ability to thrive in the trenches or in front of leadership.
Managing and Developing Ideas – Bring your fresh ideas on your WK Kellogg Co journey throughout the innovation cycle – from inception to in-market execution.
We want you to offer insights related to market trends, primary & secondary data, competition, packaging and agency management.
Managing the Innovation Business - In this role, you will have ownership of budgeting, tracking, reporting and P&L management for innovation projects.
You’ll share a data-driven vision for tomorrow and a plan to get there.
Show us your ability to be resourceful, strategic, self-confident and analytical! Implementing Solutions – Leverage the 4 P’s of marketing to diagnose problems, recommend solutions and execute successful innovation plans to remedy them.
Your positive, welcoming and collaborative work style will enable you to partner with cross-functional colleagues to troubleshoot tough challenges.
