A Day In The Life of a Marketing Coordinator As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide leadership, direction, and training for all Marketing-related aspects within the company.
Plans, directs, and performs marketing activities to ensure product and process compliance.
Responsible for developing and guiding marketing strategies and company vision, creating and implementing a marketing plan for the company, and broadening the marketing avenues to include, but not limited to, print and digital media, magazines, TV, movies, and broadcasting.
Essential Duties of the Marketing Coordinator Maintaining/Gaining a vast knowledge of all company products and services to speak intelligently with current and prospective clients, including how they stack up to the competition.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products, including but not limited to aircraft sales, aircraft parts, restaurant services, restaurant marketing, etc.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs; Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing the Marketing Specialist and/or teams to meet marketing objectives.
Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
Develop effective presentations (orally and written) where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions are clearly understood.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Oversee Social Media schedules for the company, which includes creating/posting content and responding to comments and messages.
Use internal and external resources and data to develop strategic plans to incorporate all business segments.
Understand sales and business processes, support corporate and company goals, and enhance customer value.
Identify customer business requirements and craft customer offers, which result in increased revenue.
Travel to conduct outside calls, promote the entire company brand, and review competition.
Design and source promotional materials Design and further enhance the implementation of brand image and strategy Update and oversee website content, including but not limited to seasonal menu offerings and open job positions Actively attend local and community networking events.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry, and local events as specified.
Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
Accept leadership responsibilities by modeling proper marketing techniques, effective development of others' commitment to the industry, and personal development.
Develop effective presentations (orally and written) where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions are clearly understood.
Travel to conduct marketing calls, promote the entire company brand, and review competition.
Prepare weekly and quarterly Action Plans and present them through PowerPoint.
Actively attend local and community networking events.
Planned, organized, and executed all Company trade shows, industry events, and local events as specified, including organizing and attending all major and minor trade shows and implementing marketing goals and strategies and execution from concept to completion.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.
Design and source promotional materials Develop and implement brand image and strategy.
Assist in creating and writing content for quarterly newsletters and various email communications with clientele, employees, and others as needed.
Great understanding of how to create and develop budgets, review analytical data, meet and monitor KPIs, and evaluate trends and adjustments needed to meet Company standards.
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
/ B.
S.
) from a four-year college or university or six (6+) years of related experience and/ or training, preferably in the aerospace/aviation industry.
Min 4 years of supervisory experience with training and development Minimum of five (5) years of related Marketing, Branding, and Advertisement experience in a capacity running a marketing department.
Adobe Creative Suites, MacBook, Windows Suites, Microsoft Suites, Podcast experience a plus.
Qualifications: • Shows Initiative, imperative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
