Title: Marketing Coordinator
Travel Time: Up to 15%
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire marketing campaign and department for all companies under the DIMOR Group.
Although WACO Aircraft as been in business for forty years, our brand and collection of companies has continued to expand and grown tremendously in the last four years, requiring that the marketing department to make some rapid revisions and altercations to keep up with the current trends to support the sales team.
WACO is seeking someone that is well versed and experienced in building a marketing program to support luxury brand items, is knowledgeable of current and best practices for today’s markets for all of DIMOR Group companies and has experience in the aviation field.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide leadership, direction, and training for all Marketing-related aspects within the Americas and DIMOR Group (WACO Aircraft, Centennial Aircraft Services, WACO Kitchen, Junkers Aircraft).
Plans, directs, and performs marketing activities to ensure product and process compliance.
Responsible for developing and guiding marketing strategies and company vision, creating and implementing a marketing plan for the Americas, and broadening the marketing avenues to include, but not limited to, print and digital media, magazines, TV, movies, and broadcasting.
This crucial role will enhance and springboard our products on social media, create new marketing streams in new and untapped markets, and assist the Sales Lead in developing a marketing strategy for new business areas that complement existing offerings.
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Manager and work harmoniously with the Global Creative Director (Europe) to coordinate marketing efforts and align the EU campaigns with the Americas.
The responsibilities include all functions within the Marketing Department and supervising direct reports.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities include the following: 1.
Maintaining/Gaining a vast knowledge of all WACO products and services to speak intelligently with current and prospective clients, including how they stack up to the competition.
2.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products, including but not limited to aircraft sales, aircraft parts; restaurant services, restaurant marketing, etc.
3.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the marketing goals.
4.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
6.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs; Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
7.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing the Marketing Specialist and/or teams to meet marketing objectives.
8.
Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
9.
Develop effective presentations (orally and written) where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions are clearly understood.
10.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
11.
Oversee Social Media schedules for The DIMOR Group (WACO Aircraft, Centennial Aircraft Services, Junkers Aircraft, and WACO Kitchen -including any additional companies that may be added in the future), which includes creating/posting content and responding to comments and messages.
12.
Use internal and external resources and data to develop strategic plans to incorporate all business segments.
13.
Understand sales and business processes, support corporate and company goals, and enhance customer value.
14.
Identify customer business requirements and craft customer offers, which result in increased revenue.
15.
Travel to conduct outside calls, promote the entire WACO Brand, and review competition.

Design and source promotional materials 17.
Design and further enhance the implementation of brand image and strategy 18.
Update and oversee website content, including but not limited to seasonal menu offerings and open job positions 19.
Actively attend local and community networking events.
Represent WACO at trade shows, industry, and local events as specified.

Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment.
21.
Accept leadership responsibilities by modeling proper marketing techniques, effective development of others' commitment to the industry, and personal development.
22.
Develop effective presentations (orally and written) where ideas, opinions, recommendations, and conclusions are clearly understood.
23.
Travel to conduct marketing calls, promote the entire WACO Brand, and review competition.
24.
Prepare weekly and quarterly Action Plans and present through PowerPoint.
25.
Actively attend local and community networking events.
Plan, organize, and execute all DIMOR Group Company trade shows, industry events, and local events as specified, including organizing and attending all major and minor trade shows and implementing marketing goals and strategies and execution from concept to completion.
26.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.

Design and source promotional materials 28.
Develops and implementation of brand image and strategy.
29.
Assist in creating and writing content for quarterly newsletters and various email communications with clientele, employees, and others as needed.
30.
Great understanding of how to create and develop budgets, review analytical data, meeting and monitors KPI’s and how to evaluate trends and adjustments needed to meet Company standards.
