*As a Sales Pro With Rainbow Motor Sales you must:*
· Promote, Present, and Prospect clients seeking solutions for transportation problems.
· Be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients that assures their needs are being met, and that what they buy, they get.
· Be capable of having deep in depth conversations with clients in a graceful non-judgemental, solution focused approach.
· Be able to work well independently and as a team player.
· Follow all internal processes proven to produce results.
· Communicate the unique mission along with our values to clients as you help present solutions to their transportation problems.
· Participate and contribute in continued education and training to ensure techniques are the best with new and older approaches.
· Stay current in automotive news and events, especially with Rainbow Motors.
