Job Description
We are presently in search of driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Producers.
In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients in safeguarding their assets and loved ones through our comprehensive insurance offerings.
As an Insurance Sales Producer, your responsibilities will encompass generating new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Salary: $40000.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Employ diverse channels to generate leads and identify prospective clients.
Customized Insurance Solutions: Assess individual client needs and provide personalized insurance solutions to address their specific requirements.
Policy Presentation and Explanation: Clearly present and elucidate insurance policies, coverage options, and premium structures to clients.
Application Assistance: Guide clients through the application process and assist with necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth experience.
Record Keeping and Customer Support: Maintain meticulous records and offer ongoing support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate renewals and garner referrals through trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
Willingness to obtain insurance licensing through the state of Michigan.
Ability to pass a background check.
Previous sales experience is required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients over the phone.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
