We are looking for a results-driven *Regional Operations Manager* to join our CSM team; encompassing the areas of Battle Creek, Lake Odessa, Shelbyville and possible Northern Michigan accounts! In this role you will oversee the sales, operations and administrative operations of a defined geographic territory, build and sustain long-term relationships with team members and customers as well as coordinate operations with the finance, sales and human resource teams.
*Openings:*
*Full time*: Monday-Friday mainly working an 10am-7pm shift with flexibility on start and end times depending on company needs, able to be on call as needed and work weekends as needed.
*Responsibilities:*
* Financial performance, business development, customer retention, quality assurance, service delivery, leadership and human resources.
* Help to ensure renewals of each current account within the region’s customer portfolio.
* Work with finance team to develop and manage annual budgets; manage regional performance against budget.
* Manage, develop, and expand long-term, relationships by communicating on a regular basis.
* Design, develop and implement strategic site standards to address existing client requirements and ensuring excellent customer experience.
* Ensure compliance with data entry standards for customer issue management, site audits, property/contact updates, purchasing, equipment tracking, time entry/job costing and general use of internal tracking systems.
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by company.
* Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan(s) for employees
* Monitor and take corrective action on environmental health and safety reporting and with HR to implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
* Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels for region.
* Ensure regional financial goals are met by budgets for contract and meet regularly with operations team to remedy underperforming accounts.
*Requirements:*
Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, leadership and financial management experience within a custodial organization

* Associate degree or an equivalent combination of skills and experience required
* Valid US driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (must pass Motor Vehicle Records check).
* Excellent attendance.
* Must be able to pass drug test (including for THC), background check (no criminal history) and submit fingerprints.
* Ability to communicate, conduct and present oneself in a professional manner and have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills.
* Flexible schedule to accommodate site and or team needs.
* Willing to travel and must have own reliable transportation.
* Fluent in technology
* Ability to manage jobs and achieve budgeted margins
