Role: SAP Supply Chain (IBP) Consulting Partner/ Director Location: Remote (Anywhere in US/ Canada).
Some Travel required within US.
Responsibilities: As an SAP IBP Supply Chain Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product configuration skills.
Your knowledge to design, advice, configure systems and sell & manage programs, will help define ‘industry and product’ leading transformation programs.
The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP/ CRM/ business application products in addition SAP, (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself and Wipro while keeping your career ahead of the curve.
Ø Process Lead should demonstrate deep SAP IBP supply chain knowledge with deep hands in consulting background in transformation around supply chain planning transformation / implementation Ø The Process lead should have very strong process knowledge around SAP IBP Ø Acts as a Trusted Advisor, they should be able to consult clients with complex business problems in Supply Chain Area - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly Ø Experience in Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution is required.
Ø Must have experience in conducting Requirement workshops for implementation engagements around - SAP Supply Chain, Logistics and SAP Material Management processes.
Ø Knowledge on these topics is important for the success of the role: Ø SAP IBP S&OP planning, (including - Inventory Optimization Demand Supply Planning Demand Management, Supplier Network Planning Core Procurement) Qualifications – Critical Skills: The SAP IBM Supply Chain Consulting leader needs to have a minimum 12 – to - 15 years of leading SCM Transformation, SAP SCM process design for a SAP S/4 Hana IBP for large scale ERP / IBP implementations.
Deep hands on consulting experience on SAP S/4Hana with other SAP Supply Chain components – in areas like Procurement / Inventory Planning / MRP / Capacity Planning / APO/ ATP/ Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Subcontractor process, consignment and vendor managed Inventory functions The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some respect hands on SAP IBP experience and be able to conduct workshops for business design, process and solution design with large teams.
Ability to drive Business needs workshops / Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Client CXP teams, Business and Process SMEs The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some good hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP SCM implementation experience.
) Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities Strong Supply Chain Industry background is a plus Strong Communications skills , presentation skills is a MUST Ability to lead and manage Supply Chain Tracks and teams We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
