Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Work and Perform the Duties of a BCBA Job Description outline as applicable
Graduate from an accredited graduate school specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis while possessing a
Master’s degree in the field.
Current LBA licensure in good standing in the state of MI.
Recruit, interview, hire and supervise the clinical ability of other notable therapy staff with approval of Regional Division Director, VP/ED of Therapy Services with support from the Regional Clinical Manager.
Markets and supports service delivery to current and potential clients, to ensure families are receiving full therapy
schedules.
This includes working with supervisors to perform cold calls and servicing new client accounts in the
area.
Trains, develops, coaches and counsel’s new and existing therapy staff as it relates to company mission, vision,
policies, procedures to maximize client outcomes and family therapy participation.
Maintains excellent contact and open communication with all supervisors, staff, and clients.
Interprets and applies appropriate regulations and policy manuals.
Ensures all guidelines and procedures are followed including timelines of therapy assessments/reassessments,
authorization management, case management/insurance communication, and therapy scheduling functions.
Provides open communication, leadership, and coaching to ensure successful staff members.
Support development of program evaluation processes and ensuring field staff are competent to deliver necessary services.
Overtime Bonus
Clinicians who work 42 hours per week or less, will be eligible for overtime.
Overtime will be paid based on an average of your pay rate for the week.
For those that work more than 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated.
Individual Pay Rates will be adjusted to the following:
55-60% Productive = $1.
50 increase per hour
60-65% Productive = $3.
00 increase per hour
65% or More Productive = $4.
00 increase per hour.
This increases will be paid for all hours worked not just billable time.

Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
General operations experience is preferred.
The ability to act independently while performing required tasks.
Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
The ability to effectively interact as a team member and get along well with others.
Leadership potential and actively develop leadership abilities.
