As a technical expert in facility and utilities systems for the 6 WK Kellogg Cereal locations you will review and advise on scope definition on all projects aligned to company standards.
You will serve as a critical resource overseeing utility and facility infrastructure audits, investment planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
This includes but is not limited to roofs, floors, structural loadings, walls, waste-water systems, boilers, chillers, HVAC, etc.
Bonus points for food manufacturing or equivalent hygienic design industry experience.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Owns company standards for facility and utility equipment design aligned with Quality Food & Safety (QFS)/Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Orchestrates audits of critical infrastructure to create capital long range plans Reviews and advises projects on technical design to match company standards Maintains relationships with 3rd party Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) Supports facility managers with troubleshooting and root cause analysis as well as training/building capability in facility and utilities systems to plant facility managers Maintains regional view of projects to provide strategic reapplication of solutions YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Bachelors’ degree in Engineering and 6-8 years’ experience OR no degree and 10-15 years’ experience Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain operations and engineering Proven ability to work cross functionally with many different stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization Experienced in budgets to plan effectively, proactively solves problems, identifies and shares opportunities and issues Ability to travel up to 50% Compensation Insights: Salary Range: $127,000.
