Interim Director of Student Services

The University of Olivet (UO), a private liberal arts institution located in Olivet, MI, seeks an experienced leader to serve as interim Director of Student Services.
The interim director will oversee the operations of financial aid, student billing, and registration.
Reporting to the Vice President, Enrollment Management, UO seeks a creative and energetic individual to guide and coach a seasoned team of five to assist students and families in accessing an affordable private liberal arts education.
The interim director’s primary responsibility is to help ensure continuity of service in the area of student services by ushering-in FAFSA Simplification and the associated adjustments to need and merit-based aid for undergraduate and graduate students.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of successful team management, financial aid management, regulatory compliance, and team assessment.
This role is available now and is anticipated to last into the summer of 2024.
The role may be located on-campus or as a hybrid role.
