Immediate openings for a part-time Project Coordinator.
We want you on our team! Two Ducks Concrete, a Kent Home Services company is a family-owned company doing concrete for families.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a 20-25 hour per week part-time Project Coordinator who wants great pay, interesting work, and growth opportunities.
*Responsibilities:* · Develop weekly production schedule with General Manager · Communicate schedule and any changes / updates with customers · Coordinate MissDig and permit applications · Prepare work orders for field personnel · Update and ensure accuracy of customer records in CRM system · Process field reports and invoices *Requirements:* * Project coordination or equivalent experience * Telephone and email customer service or equivalent experience * Email, Google Sheets, and CRM experience preferred, but not required * Ability to work 4-5 hours / day preferably in the morning starting at 7am, but negotiable * Must be able to show up for work daily and on time * Reliable transportation * Experience in construction preferred – also willing to train the right person looking for a career 40 hours per week plus overtime.
$18-22 or more based on experience.
