Accounting Specialist

*Title: Accounting Specialist - HYBRID* *Location: Battle Creek, MI 49017* *Duration: 0-6+ Months* *Shift: 1st Shift (8AM-5PM M-F)* *Pay Rate: $22.
00/Hour* *Description: * Coordination with financial institutions to complete setup of bank accounts and account services, with third party vendors to complete setup of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and the Hedging System, and with internal partners to validate setup.
Additionally, this role will formalize documentation for procedures and support month-end close/accounting process.
*Qualifications:* 1 year experience using and maintaining treasury-based systems, including a TMS and other relevant.
1-2 years’ experience with accounting is a must.
1-2 years of project management.
Creating entries by knowing which sections of the P&L and balance sheet.
