Job Title: Cost Accountant
Reports to: PLANT MANAGER & Accounting and Finance BP
Job Summary: This role will be responsible for journal entries, budgetary control, product cost sharing, and accounting.
Also needs to summarize and forecast financials such as revenues, expenses, and profits based on the plant operations to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
· Must be able to speak Chinese/Mandarin
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· 3 years of accounting/finance experience
· Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to use accounting software programs.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
· Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
· Highly detail oriented.
· Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all internal and external financial and management reports for the manufacturing unit , adhering to company standards,CAS, and USGAAP when applicable
Cost-related accounting transactions in the financial system, including monthly closing.
Material cost performance tracking and verify
VAVE tracking
Stocking management
Fixed assets management including accounting transactions in the system
Management of the operating cash flow including investments, accounts receivable and payable, and inventories.
Complete product costing allocation monthly and ensure the accuracy of system and management report
Establish and oversee proper internal business policies and procedures
Support all internal and external audit activities
Prepare the annual budget according to HQ requirements
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year
