* Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred)
* Ability to collaborate with the team and work independently
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, or Finance preferred.
* 2-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for manufacturing industry background.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong communication skills for interaction across management levels.
* Experience with SAP, JD Edwards, Hyperion is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products is essential.
